Oh, if I recall correctly, Protect might not be available in Saudi Arabia.

Protect the program works in Saudi Arabia

Because the I know a lot of friends working with them properly
protect : Bold 9900 - ( the service plan for your blackberry device does not support this application. please contact your service provider for additional information or to update your service plan. :smileysad:

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.

Your screen shot images indicate you are not connected to the BlackBerry Internet Service.

 

You must have a valid BIS BlackBerry data plan.

Right, but it is not connected to your device yet. Check back with STC and confirm that your plan is provisioned correctly.
