"Send" option missing despite Resending Service Books

I have a Bold 9900 and been experiencing irritating problems that seems to be beyond my control.

As many have already mentioned about the BBID after SIM Swap problem, I have another problem regarding the Push email.

I am now encountering a situation where email will Sync with server mailbox with one country's SIM and never sync when the second country's SIM is inserted (i have yet to try third or forth SIM). This problem only surface after my 4th trip to the 2nd country (it was ok beforehand)

After the 2nd country's SIM is inserted, all my emails will Silently appear in the Messages without any alerts, read emails will still appear Unread on server, deleted mails on phone will still stay on Server. All emails are marked "Received Using : Unknown" rather than the server address. I am not able to reply any emails nor send out new ones.

Things I have done :

1. Delete service books, HRT, resend Service books.

2. Delete Service books, remove email setup, HRT, redo email setup, resend service books.

3. Delete servcei books, remove email setup, reboot phone, battery pull, HRT, redo email setup, resend service books.

All the above steps FAILED.

I called 2nd Country's Operator Blackberry customer service and they said they resend service books, and blamed me for not using a locally purchased Device. Not being helpful here.

I stopped short of doing a Security Wipe as i refuse to believe that this is the only solution.

Does anyone encounter something similar?

With the 2nd country sim insterted, can you remove and readd the email accounts?  its worth a shot.

Remove the email accounts then go to this link from your phone:  mobile.blackberry.com
On that page, Scroll to Communicate, click on Email, choose the type of email account and setup your email from there.  I'm not sure whats going on with that 2nd sim though.

Re: "Send" option missing despite Resending Service Books

Hey thanks for the reply.

I managed to get to Communicate, Intergrate, but when i click "Launch Email Setup" that's where it ended.

on a Wi-fi connection it says "unable to find requested server"

on a 3G connection it says "the requested URL could not be retrieved"

let me try this again in a few hours giving the operator benefit of a doubt their server might be down/busy now.

You are absolutely positive that this 2nd country SIM card does -- for certain -- have the BlackBerry Data Plan provisioned to your account?

Yes! with the 2nd Country SIM card i can log into the BB network (BB Icon shows up next to signal), i can receive emails, send/receive messages through BBM.

Just that the problem is i can't sent emails or get the phone to sync with emails on the server.

Or do you have a different meaning to "provisioned to your account"

Re: "Send" option missing despite Resending Service Books

Hey i got ti working again.

I kept calling the operator's customer service until one put in some effort into reseting my PIN on their server side.

What happened was my device PIN was "corrupted" in their server and hence it keeps rejecting integrations.

it has since been reset and its working now.
