reboot

I was updating my app world and then my network stops,and after that it just wants to reboot the device,but it cant!it stoped on 2/3 and says error 102
what I have to do?

in connection is problem!BB doesnt connect to the app works!

when the BB desktop app begins,it couldnt connect to my device!all the time say update,retry or cancel!
when I use update nothing happent,jus notifices me when update is availbale,retry goes to the first step, and cancel solves nothing!I can not connect my device to BB desktop app

after clicking update,a button apears Repair and after that is says there is no update for your device!!!!!!:smileysad:((((

If that doesn't work, you'll have to take it to a repair shop or to the carrier.
