Hello I Got my new BlackBerry 9900 two months ago But it rebooting itself Note that t softwear is updated It also shows that the battery is less than 10 and shutting down the device suddenly without showing their level at 20
That should get you back up and running. If it doesn't, then that would suggest a bad battery, in which case, I'd see if swapping out the battery helps to resolve the issue.
