recipient cannot hear me

I am using Bold 9900. When I make call, my reciepient cannot hear my voice. I have adjusted the volume to the maximum but still cannot resolve the issue. Please....

What OS version and Bundle??
Have you try doing a battery Pull?

Check to see if your phone has a new update available.
It could be a OS issue.
I remember their were a certain version of the OS for 9900 had mic issue.
