hello,

my led is red  permanently on bb 9780; a just turn on led coverage indicator, i turn of , and the led remain red.

A fade red, but it is on...

How can i resolve this problem?

Is the device working well otherwise, all email functions, and other applications?

Can you make the LED blink green when you have mobile network coverage?

Complete the following steps to enable the green network notification LED on the BlackBerry® smartphone:

1. Open Options or Settings and select Screen/Keyboard.
2. Select Network Notifications or LED Coverage Indicator, depending on your BlackBerry Device Software.
3. Change the option to YES.
4. Display the menu and click Save.

For Device Software 6.0 and 7.0:

1. Select Options and select Display.
2. Select Screen Display.
3. Check LED Coverage Indicator.
4. Display the menu and click Save.
