I've tried all the above and it haven't worked, should I take my phone in? Or what else can I do? As it is brand new and have done this since the firs day.
Hello,
Well, if you are referring to the steps in Message 2, then it may depend on what exactly didn't work? That post is rather old...here are updated steps:
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
Good luck!

Registration is necessary to use the features of this application. Please ensure your device time is correctly set, open the MyProfile screen and check the BlackBerry Messenger Registration Status"
