reset email accounts

my phone was in repair and after i got it back my emails do not seem to work. i cannot delete or verify the email accounts, even though i am typing the right password. the message i get is "sorry, unable to continue your session. please log in again" . i tried memory swipe. please help me!

i found this :

To delete the mail account follow this steps

 

1- go to menu, options, advanced options, service books, look for the 2 service books with your mail account, one with CICAL and another one with CMIME and delete both.

 

2- with the phone turn on, take out the battery for 30 seconds and install the battery again.

Glad it worked for you. I tried it and it wiped my enterprise account but I still have the 3 pop email accounts :smileysad:
