hi

a month ago ive set a password and i encrypted my data on media card ,, 

and yesterday i opened BlackBerry desktop manager and cleared all my data and wiped my device  after backing up

after that i restored all the data but the problem was that i couldn't open my files, photos and videos on media card it says that its encrypted with other device

what can i do
please help
