screen went white after reseting

Hi, I´ve a bb bold 9780. it just went black and then i tried to plug it without the battery as some forums explain. as nothind changed i click del+alt+shift and the sreen went white and this error apperared:

unfortunately i don't have the USB wire with me... 

what can i do?

you could try a battery pull and leave it out for about 30 minutes. If you could get a usb cable, you could open desktop manager and plug in the bold and then wait for your computer to recognize it. Once recognized, you might have to do a device software update if you cannot get it up and running. Sorry to hear you are having troubles, the 9780 is one of my favourite Bold models. cheers
