send an email with URL link - special character modified in the object

Hi,

I receive emails sent automatically by a support call center software containing many informations. I have also a link where i can reply and the object is filled up automatically as a command like this =

Object : Provider message [#MF/123456@ACTION|FOURNISSEUR-XEROX\]

If I opening that link on my BB device, the backslash character at the end is modified for an unknown reason for a front slash like this (see in red) = [#MF/123456@ACTION|FOURNISSEUR-XEROX/]

That changing causes problem when the email is sent because the call center software needs a backlash in his command to process it.

It works fine if I do it from my PC in Outlook.

Do you ever seen something like this ?

Thanks

Luc
