hello, i have bold 9790. i have problem with my bbm. it is showing me seting up and for long time and nothing is happening. and some time it is not connecting with wifi. pls solve my problem. i will be really thnakful.

Can you first confirm if you have activated BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS from your Carrier or Mobile network provider ? If not then activate it and it will solve your issue .
