hi i have a blackberry bold 9700

every time i try and send a text message to 2 of my contacts it always comes up with the message network out of order .  i have upgated my phone still the same problem 

i have had my network 02 look at this problem no problems there end 

had a new sim card still same problem 

deleted contact and put in under a differant nale still the same problem 

had an 02 guro look at it and they say it is a blackberry problem 

any ideas please

i am not very good with phones i have gone to options but cant find the sms what am i doing wrong

Hi robin1976

On your Homscreen Click Text Message Icon or SMS Icon > On that screen Press the Menu Key > Click on Options > On that Screen Scroll Down to the Field Network To Send Over  and follow the Instruction.

when i click on message then click on menu i get the following 

general otions 

inbox settings

spell check

s/mme

not waht you are are saying to push

finaly found the screen its only giving me the folloing options 

circuit switched

circuit switched prefered

packet switched prefered

packet switched

what one go i pick no gprs option

Currently what setting you have on , If it is already on Circuit switched then change it to Packet Switch and have a try .

i did that now i get requested facility not implemented now what lol

 Are you able to recieve any messages from those two Contacts ? And are you sure that those two are not blocking your messages ? Ask them to check there Firewall setting , Under > Options > Security > Firewall .
