I have 9900 Bold. Which canme with 7.0 OS and upgraded to 7.1 OS now the problem is I have no access to BBMessenger, I can only send messages and can not get the responses back . I have rebooted the BBM switched took the battery off nothing. Works
In options menu go to service books and see if all are there, if not go host routing table again in the options menu and register. Then reboot phone. If the options persists contact your wireless provider, as last resort a wipe and Os reload may be required.
