software not properly restored

I want to you guys for your technical tips in respect of the booting problem and JVM issues with my bold 9790. The problem has been partially solved. I reloaded the sofware and it worked. But the phone switched off itself and reboot. after the reboot, the desktop icons was not properly loaded and try to click the blackberry icon its saying uncaught exception error. Please help.

First do a battery pull.  Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.  If that doesn't get rid of the problem, reload the OS once again.

Thanks BillJ, its displaying " UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION: CANNOT FIND IMAGE: SEARCH_BROWSE_WEB"
