some thing wrong with bbm an email

I resived a confirmation msg from my carrier confirming a 3month blackberry package and yet when trying to setup bbm it sayes (a temporary bbm server error has occurred ) and when tring to log into my windowslive acc it said service not enabled for.this handheld what to do ?!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Contact your carrier...they control all of this, and only they can look "behind the scenes" at their systems to tell you why your BB is not receiving the services for which you pay them.
