im currently switching phone right now with my brother. He has the bold 9900 and i have the bold 9780. i started off by backing up all my data on the 9780 to the computer, then wiping it so i could put all the data from the 9900 to the 9780 with no problems. now there is a problem, i have both devices connected and the desktop manager is transferring data from the 9900 to the 9780, and for some reason its not doing it, and on my 9780 it keeps flickering to the transferring screen, and its also on a screen that says "blackberry platform 18.104.22.168" and it lists all my apps and such. What do i do?

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
Try disconnecting both BlackBerry® smartphones from the from the PC and connect the BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone and go to the Backup and Restore and backup.
Once the backup is completed then disconnect the BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone and connect the BlackBerry® Bold™ 9780 smartphone and go to Backup and Restore and restore the backup file that was created with the BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900.
