I cannot sync my balckberry Bold 9900 with Outlook.

Everytime I connect my blackberry , it starts  to sync and after  a few minutes gives me the following error :

CR Tranrec: get linked record ID: Invalid linked record ID

This has happened since a fex weeks after a normal sync before.

Can you help ma

Here are the Knowledge Base article related to this error :


 KB31008 : Error "CRTranRec:: GetLinkedRecordId : Invalid linked record Id" is displayed when synchronizing with the BlackBerry Desktop Software.


KB33247 : "CRTranRec:: GetLinkedRecordId : Invalid linked record Id" is displayed when synchronizing Calendar with BlackBerry Desktop Software


Go through those KB and see if it helps , Or head over to this thread and start all over again , also within that thread on post 15 there is a link to Desktop Software 6 which you can try 


Cleanly "Starting Over" with the Desktop Software (non-BES)
