Hi, this is the problem
user is deleting the email from the bb
and it does not update on Outlook and vice versa
only update if she goes in the blackberry and in messages and do a "reconcile now"
if she doesn't reconcile, it does not update
checked an the option in "email reconciliation" is set to "email box and handheld"

User was migrated from a Domino BES server to a Exchange BES server recently, her blackberry was wiped and re synch with the new server.
Anyone can think about anything? right now , I can only think about doing a security wipe, the resynch to see if it is going to resolveit or not....

Sorry, On the BES server can you confirm ( im still one BES 4.1) but should be similar
Edit the user properties
chec the PIM Sync settings, Sync... Enable should be true, Sync Type shoule be Bidirectional, conflic res... Server wins.
