synchronizing with my vehicle blue tooth does not work.

Verizon told me that the software on the phone is not compatable with the phone.  The vehicle is a 2010 Mercury Mountaineer

Hello KenFoss,

What happens when you try to pair your BlackBerry smartphone? Have you tried removing the battery to restart your BlackBerry smartphone?
