unable to reply to emails on bold 9780

I've got a Bold 9780 and I am able to send and receive emails but when I try to reply to an email I can type new text in the reply but don't get a send button on the screen. I get; change application, save draft and full menu buttons. I'm not using enterprise - just regular. I took my phone to 2 Rogers location last night and they hadn't seen this issue before. I have up to date software on my phone and desktop. Help!

chatted with service. they had me delete all service books for 3 email addresses. new ones seem to work. can't reply to previous emails from corrupt service books but new ones seem to work so far.
