uncaught exception: missing resource file

I updated my BBM to v7.01.2.3 through BlackBerry world. No I have an "uncaught exception: missing resource files" when I try to open BBM. When I highlight BBM it displays net_rim_bb_qm_peer in the information bar.

Please use plain text.

Re: uncaught exception: missing resource file

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Please try completely removing BBM, rebooting your BB, and then re-installing BBM anew.

Good luck!
