hi everybody im from israel and i need ASAP help,
i have an 532 error and the BB cant start.
Actually, i can start him and than its shut down with this massege- "uncaught unexpected extension 5>=5"
what will i do?!
all of my things are on the BB!!

Do you have a Backup of your device or using BlackBerry Protect for backup ? Because the steps needed to recover your device from this JVM error you'll loose data within your device .

Thanks, im a beet slower because of the English.
About the 523 error- my device wont start so i can't do the things that u sent me because its asking to enter the device and mine is dead!
he is starting and as soon as the screen up i get this masseg- "uncaught unexpected extension 5>=5"
What shell i do?

No problem with your english ..Its fine
Regarding your issue with your device , Please follow the Knowledge Base no need to trun on your device before performing those steps .
First remove the battery from the device , connect your device using USB cable , it will you with three options > Retry , Cancel or Update , you have to Click on Updates , If any recent Updated OS are available you will be offered with three options Get Update, Update Later or View other versions . from here you have two Options , you can Click on Get Updates to install the recent OS or on left corner you have another option " View Other Version " Click on that it will show you available OS version for your device model , choose anyone to install it on your device.
you may be prompted to enter email address to get notification , then you have to reinsert the battery back to continue the update process.
Try it again and see if you're able ,If the above fails then let us know.because there are few other ways to recover .

it say this:
"A connection to the device could not be established. Please ensure that the device is properly connected to the cradle or USB cable, and that the cradle or USB cable is connected securely to your computer. Also ensure that the device has completed any startup operations. Then run the Application Loader Wizard again"
all the connections are fine..
