I don't want my email contacts to show up in my contacts automatically. Any way to undo this feature?

eh?
You don't want to see email address in your Address Book for contacts for which you have saved an email address?

I only want the email addresses for contacts I input manually. I don't want every email to automatically load into my contacts. I end up with doubles, triples, ones I don't want. So yeah.

Open your Address Book, do you see email addresses in your contacts which you didn't save there?
Or are you wanting, when addressing a new email message, not to see those email addresses from recent contacts which you DO NOT have saved to your address book?

Yes
It seems that it is auto-updating my contacts whenever I receive an email. I want to only have the contacts I enter manually appear in my contacts. So yes, rarely respond via email, I just check the messages. So, yes, I want only contacts I've saved appear in my contacts. Sorry, that was kind of convoluted!

Well, I am still confused because you haven't answered my question above.
Let me try a different one. Are you are using a Gmail or Yahoo email account?

Yahoo.
Check you Yahoo account, on a PC login. There must be some Yahoo setting to add contacts to your address book, which then are syncing to your BlackBerry.
You can turn off the contact syncing here:
Article ID: KB22430 How to enable wireless contact synchronization with BlackBerry Internet Service
You will want to do the opposite of the instructions in that link.
