When I finish reading an email, and hit the return key, I sometimes get a black screen with six to eight icones, such as home, mail, photo, options, etc. I just want the device to return to the email screen and not this screen. Verizon says it is a "shortcut menu" that is on version 7.0 of its software. I find it very hard to use; can anyone suggest how to get rid of it?
