update problem

i was upgrading my blackberry 9930 to 7.1.991, after back up and install, the phone was rebooting then it stopped, now showing error pages and have tried d hard reset many times, it keeps going back to the error page, have even try to force the App loader but its not working. pls what can i do?

How did those instructions not work?  Were you not able to reload your software using those instructions?
