urgent!problem with my phone.

hi,my new bb bold 9900 is not working normaly. the key n and m are typing themselves several times. and the phone is rebooting it self several times.i think it might be a virus.what can i do,please?

 

mon telefone ne marche pas bien.les touches.les touches n et m s'affichent sur l'ecran plusierus fois sans que je les ai tapes et le telephone s'eteint plusiers fois.svp,aidez moi!

Its not related to virus etc.. Please try a clean OS reload and observe the performance of your Blackberry.
