Can someone help?
I have a "verify blackberry id password" message on my bold 9900, unfortunately, I can't remember my password. I clicked on "forgot password" and it apparently sent a new one to the user email which is no longer valid, therefore I can't access it.
Are there any suggestions? I can't access any email until I can get my password.

Welcome to the forums.
If the email address is no longer active then there would be no way to reset the password. A new BlackBerry® ID will need to be created.
