viber - unavailable for this device

Hi,

 

Can someone please help me, I installed viber to my BB 9700 but I can't update so i deactivate it when I'm trying to reinstall it says that it's unavailable for my devise, what to do please?

Welcome to the Community

 

 

If you are Saying Viber Application from App World yes I can see it is available for your device.Please try it this way :

 

On your Home screen Go to Options  - Device - Application Managment - from there Uninstall it .After that  Perform a Battery Pull Restart like this While Device is Powered On remove the Battery wait for a min. then re-insert it back wait till the device take a long Reboot.

 

Than have a try see if it is available.

                    Who is your Carrier is it " free ".I can't see "  free " as the supported Carrier for that Application.

                     Are you using Viber application before you uninstall it .and also with the same Carrier Free.Have a look at the supported Carrier list BlackBerry app world within the Application.

Yes it is, but I had problem to upgrade that's why I unstalled it...I saw the supported carrier and Free is not on the list, I will try to contact my provider...

Please look at this thread in which Viber team responded Viber to blackberry Z10 .

 

I hope it's in the last phase of development and it's coming soon for BB10 devices :smileyhappy:
