videos for 9700

Hi
I love watching Videos online, but my hand set is not playing videos very well. It keeps on buffering,I can't hardly understand what I'm watching. Is there any application or software that may help my device play videos nicely?

What kind of videos, format and from what website?

Are you connected to WiFi?

What is the signal indicator at the top right of your device, 3G, EDGE, or?

Thanks for your reply sir,I'm not connected to wi-fi, videos format 3pg or mp4, my signal indicator is EDGE,.I'm just a new bb user I think I have so many things that I need to learn to enjoy my bb

Honestly, EDGE is a slower data transfer and your 9700 does offer 3G data, IF your mobile provider has it in your area.

I see,sad to hear that. how can I purchase higher version of an os for 9700, could higher version help this problem? What format of videos does my handset supported?

your 9700 supports hi-speed internet. It can do 3G. But from your explanation, it only does EDGE which is very slow.

in the "manage connections" icon, go to "Mobile network" options and make sure it is not configured to do only EDGE.

once that is checked, if the indicator in the top right corner of your device is still EDGE, call the Globe helpdesk and ask them why you do not have 3G instead.

Maybe they will give you another SIM card that supports 3G.

Globe telecom Philippines needs to hire an agent who's expert for blackberry, live service agents doesn't know about troubleshooting with bb, they keep on asking the same questions again and again. But doesn't satisfy costomers.
