volume on bold9900

Hi!

probem: I can't change the volume profile on my Bold 9900.

've already tried on main menu and so on.

It seems to be locked on profile "normal".

 

do you have any suggestions?

Have you tried a battery pull? or a soft reset (Alt+Shift+Del)

Have you recently installed any apps like that manage ringtones and/or notifications?

I've already turn off the phone twice but I turn on it again it has the same problem.
I didn't download any apps.

While the power is still on, could you please remove the battery and wait about 30 seconds. Then place the battery back and close the device up and wait for it reboot.

Upper Left of the Homescreen (Sound Icon) select that and choose another profile (IE: Vibrate Only) and see if that works.
