what will I do?

I can no longer use my blackberry I'd,even though I reseted my password already.what can I do?

Sorry it isn't clear what your problem is? is the problem with your device or your Blackberry ID?

it's my bb id,I keep on logging in but all it says is unable to log in but before this things I happened I forgot my password so asked for a new one...so when I tried to use my new password it didnt work.

If you've reset your BlackBerry ID and you're having issues logging in with it, call STC for resolution.  They can help you set up a BB ID so you can get logged in again.
