where does all my information go from Blackberry Protect?

I have it set up to backup my stuff everyday, but where does it go? I've been told it goes to my email but I never recieve an email confirming my stuff is safe. Is there a place where I can actually see that it is backing up my stuff?  Please help.

Hi roborasta

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

If you are using BlackBerry Protect and doing a regular backup then they are stored on BlackBerry Protect Website , you will not recieve those backup on your email address. but it can be restored back on your device when you need them. From a PC  Login to BlackBerry Protect Website  using your BlackBerry ID > Click on My Data > You will be able to see those Backup Archives . Here is the link :

Re: where does all my information go from Blackberry Protect?

I also can confirm - once decided to experiment to restore a backup from BlackBerry Protect - it do restores. So no issues there. I regularly (like once a week and a half) do backups.

Aside of this the BlackBerry desktop software on my laptop also does backups which do remain on the laptop. But I prefer the Protect. As far as I know it does not backup everything (the desktop software do backups more information), but what I really need is the contacts and messages. This is my most important. Everything else in the backup is a bonus.
