I bought my blackberry bold 9000 last july 12, 2010 here in Philippines, Im a globe-telecom prepaid user. Before I started the using it, I was able to read the user guide and watched videos in the youtube.THen I got started, upon setting up my email setup in the set-up wizard i found out that only one option is available for email set-up (ENTERPRISE SERVER etc). In my home screen and menu there's no also email setup icon so that I can set-up my personal email.
Me and my fiancee bought blackberry to be able to use to the blackberry messenger, How can we use the blackberry messenger if we dont have a personal email? How can we create a personal email if my BB doesnt have a email setup for personal email?
We have the same problem of my fiancee. We're so frustrated. We hope that you will us.

If you are only seeing Enterprise Activation under email setup, you phone/device is not provisioned with a BlackBerry Data plan. You will need to contact your wireless provider and request a BIS/personal data plan for this feature to become available.

Same problem with my bold 9000. I think you have to registered your bb to globe telecom to subcribe unlimited blackberry data plan.
