Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with turning on your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone.
Have you tried charging with different charging sources and cables?
If so, you may want to try inserting another battery in the device to see if you are able to power it on.
If it still fails to turn on, we suggest that you contact your point of sale for options.
