I have a Blackberry Bold 9900 with IMEI 35856604xxxxxx, I did an update for the software version 7.1.0 Bundle 2061 however I entered the password 5 times due to a non functional button on my keyboard and all data was wiped.
Unfortunately I do not have a backup and I lost all my contacts and media files.
Is there a way to rollback knowing that I did previously an upgrade for the software version over the air, so probably my data is stored somewhere on RIM servers.

Hello,
The on-device update indeed takes an on-device (no, not to any RIM servers) backup of your data -- but that is a one-time use file, and is used to restore after the update succeeds. Thereafter, that file is lost forever.
Sadly, you seem to have not taken advantage of any of the FREE backup protection methods that RIM provides, and you have now migrated from the latter to the former in this old saying:
Backups, like insurance, are neither a reactive nor an optional activity.
Good luck!
