Hello,
Are you using m.youtube.com to browse for videos? Have you ever been able to play videos on the BlackBerry smartphone. Make sure your Wi-Fi is off and you are in a 3G coverage area restart your BlackBerry smartphone and then try again.
Thank you

I have the same problem... and, yes, I access m.youtube.com. The same issue happens with yourmuze.com. Both cases I receive a message of media error.
Any tips?

The latest version of the BB OS plays youtube videos. If that doesn't work for you, there are serveral "you tube players" available on app world and other places. Just grab one of them if you don't want to upgrade the OS. My last BB, the Tour wouldn't play youtube in the browser, any video really, so downloaded something called xenxou <sp> maybe xenzou? Anyway, it was on app world and worked like c charm. HOpe this helps!

Hello,
I would recommend contacting your carrier to find out what are the APN settings and trying to input them in Options-Advanced Options-TCP/IP. Then clear the browser cache under Browser-menu-Options-Cached operations.
Thank you

The BB doesn't support the media from YouTube. Tinytube is all that works for now.
