BlackBerry Curve - BlackBerry 8900 Series Smartphone

I run a Blackberry Curve 8900 on o2. 

v4.6.1.310

When I go to open one of my files in my Memo Pad (the others are fine...but of course its the important one i cant get into!) I get the message....

Uncaught Exception: ArticInterace::Format RE out of Memory

Can anyone offer any help to me?
