Why do I get 2 signal symbols on my phone. And everytime someone calls or I make a phone call I always hear the sound when you record something. I got my phone as a gift and there are many applications that are not available. Please help!

Can you please explain that? On the homescreen, you see two "3G" signals?
or two what?

You must have a good friend.... What applications are not available. Being vague, "many applications are not available" we can't really know what you're looking for or expecting.

Yes 2 3G signals. And regarding the sound during a phone call, I hear a beep every 30 - 40 seconds.
I read some of the topics that are similar to my problem and tried following some steps like OPTIONS- Advanced options etc but I dont have all of that on my phone.

I've never seen that. On your Manage Connections screen, what's the name of your mobile network?
Look at Options > Device > Application Management > at the top click to Third Party Applications.
Give the list of all of the third party apps installed?

The name of the mobile network is ETISALAT.
I've followed your instructions and I went to Options > Device > Application management and tried searching for the Third party but nothing came out. However, I found the third party applications under Options> Third party applications
The apps installed on the third party applications are
>Personalisation and Privacy for App World
>Personalisation and Privacy for BBM
>Personalisation and Privacy for Search
>Personalisation and Privacy for twitter
And one point to add, I always ran out of battery in a short period of time and the phone gets really hot even though I don't use it that much.

No. That is not what I want.
Go back to where I instructed to Application Management.
At the top of screen it will say Applications , All.
Click there and to Optional.
