3G network problem on my wirtel mobile.im using bb curve 9380

hi,i have a problem with 3g network on my wirtel mobile.im using bb curve 9380 model.i recently called to airtel care and got 3g plan activated on my number.plan is activated but i cant browse anything on my phn.data is not exchanging between me n my network.it is showing 3g balance too.can any1 pls help me wid dis !!

Is the data plan they activated a Blackberry data plan or a carrier specific data plan?

 

In order to use data functions on your blackberry you will need a specific blackberry data plan.
