I am new the the Blackberry world and also new to Vista Business. I have recently picked up the 8300 and have been having some glitches from now and then with the syncing of Microsoft Outlook and back.
Recently i have been thrown out of the syncing program completely where there has been a conflicting appointment.
I get a conflict resolution screen that asks me to accept or change the appointment times/dates. When i say to accept the changes or if i even say cancel the changes i get a big red "X" and a note saying "unable to complete request" and then the intelesync shuts down.
With that i have not been able to sync from my laptop or from the 8300.
Is this a Vista issue and if so....is there a downloadable fix?

Ok...since my last post i have no removed the conflicting tasks and now i just get the error " unable to complete request".
i have since uninstalled the RIM software and reinstalled it. I then tried to synce the 8300 and the Desk Top and still get the same error.
Any help out there??
