8310 Number keys needs silencing when dialing a #

Every time I dial a number I can here each button pressed and it is so loud.  I went to options, screen and keyboard, and then key tone, OFF.  It was quiet for a few days but now it is right back again. (I only hear when I am dialing a phone number to call, when I am texting and emailing it is just fine)  This is the 2nd device in which I have had such a problem.  The 1st one I sent back, I dont think I want to send this one back.

 

Any suggestions...........???

 

I am sorry I had an 8130 earlier but the phone is really a Curve 8310....!!.....My mistake......!!

From the forum I get to know that this is common for 8130!! I didn't use that variant of pearl but I don't face similar issue 8100.
