Ey can someone plz help me I've tried evrything. Got a bb8520 curve. Fone don't wana download music or videos from internet keeps sayin download failed. Tried cleaning cache and rebooting stil not working, wat can be the problem?
by format device do you mean reloading the OS? if not i suggest to reload the OS and also look at @BlackBerryHelp for support
