1. There is no BlackBerry 8950 model. Perhaps you have the 8900? Or the 8350?
2. Have you performed a backup of your device, using Desktop Manager? If so (it's wise to do so) you can restore your messages from the earlier backup.
3. A personal BIS account does not reconcile (or sync) mail and messages to and from Outlook, and doesn't reconcile your folders from Outlook. It reconciles deleted messages and read messages with your email server in many cases, but not Outlook.
If you want full Outlook reconcile, you will need BES, BlackBerry Enterprise Service. It works great.
