9300 cursor don't work

Hi urgently need some help.

My cursor stopped working today. 

I've reset my phone, updated it and all that but it still don't work

Can any one help?

I cant even get on to my phone :'(

you mean your trackball? Try to do a software update via http://us.blackberry.com/software/smartphones/update.html#software-update even if it says not software update required. make sure you choose the current version and just reinstall the system. If it doesn't work it could be a recent application you installed or a hardware problem
