i need help my BB just shutdown. what can i do to fixed it? please help me. thanks

i was just using it then all of sudden the unit just shutdown. i have tried charging it, changing my battery and even charging it in my laptop but still it won't switch on. and when i put the usb cable in my laptop it cannot detect the driver.

now i cannot even open it, i don't know what happen to my unit. totally no power after charging it and with a new battery.

Try starting a software reload without the battery inserted to force detection. Have a look at the below article which will help you through the process.
