9300 problems

my b.b 9300 has been switching off on its own for the past week and then reloading. today, it did it again, got half way across and then the screen turned white. it has now gone into squared off bits with a black splodge with green edging around the splodge. what is it and how will the shop react to me taking it back. it does look like it has been dropped but, i know it hasnt. It this a regular problem with the 9300's??

Re: 9300 problems

Hello mrgooboo

Welcome to the forums.

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Here is how to backup your BlackBerry smartphone http://bbry.lv/oPVWXc

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
