Sorry, no. OS6 is the highest release you will see for the 9300 model.

But why will we not get a higher release than OS6??? I certainly can't go out and get a newer blackberry and have the most painful probs with the one I have :-(

Because the 9300 can't handle the requirements of OS7 and higher.

You haven't explained what issues you're having with your 9300. Please start a new thread if you need assistance, there are many knowledgeable experienced users here to assist you.

No, there is no FM radio built-in to the 9300, that is available on devices of OS 7.1.

The 9300 was released with BlackBerry OS v5.0, upgradable to v6.0

It does have GPS, and BlackBerry Maps. You can also install and use other navigation software according to what is available in your area.

I have my dataviz pdf reader and documents to go, but after upgrading it from OS 5 to OS 6, its gone. I am sure that I back up my device before upgrading it, but they're nowhere to be found. Now, my device can't view any pdf file or documents. Is there a way I can download it again w/o purchasing it?!

try connecting back to your Desktop Software > applications and see if DocumentsToGo or PDFtoGo is checkmarked to be installed on the device. If not marked, you should be able to install from there.

I've done that, but I didn't see those apps. So I push my luck online and found one with the activation key and registration # so I downloaded it.

So far, its working fine. Both the pdf and DTG.
