9320 / BT wifi problem

Hi, am with Orange payg and got a broadband via BT with infinity and a Home Hub 2. Have several wifi devices - computer, TVs, radio, phones (tho' not all in use at the same time).

I used to have an 8520 with same set up and wifi was no problem.

Got a new 9320 recently and the Hub crashed every time I switched on wifi on the phone - that is, lost wifi to all devices and only had internet on PC via ethernet cable. Resetting the hub fixed this unless and until I turned 9320 wifi on again.

BT thought the handset was at fault so got a replacement handset.

Now I can switch on wifi but the Hub still crashes if I try to use the wifi from the phone, so I'm no better off!

Can't seem to find an answer on this and not having wifi on the phone is not what I paid for!!

Wondering if anyone here can advise me?
