Hi All,

In December 2013 I had my 9320 Curv for a year, this morning halfway through a What's App conversation my phone just suddenly lost signal. In the top right-hand corner of the phone where the signal strength is indicated it just said 'OFF' (and still does). So I turned it off and on, nothing happened, I then took out the battery to reboot and again nothing! It has been a few hours now and I tried to take out the battery again, but still nothing. It is not my service provider as the friends I checked with have normal signal. What should I do next? I am in a bit of a pickle without my phone!:catsad:

  • Try removing and reinserting your SIM card.
  • Check your Manage Connections screen > Mobile Network, is your mobile network turned on?
  • If nothing else, then get a SIM card swap from your mobile provider.

Apparently I changed my network settings, by accident. It seems very odd though, as I was busy with a What's App conversation and not fiddling with the settings...
